Terms & Conditions — 92king

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 92king platform, including the website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports-betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered under the 92king brand ("the Platform" or "92king"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and 92king ("the Operator", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 92king Platform.

92king is an online gambling and sports-betting entertainment platform intended for adult users. It does not hold or claim any gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to this Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain a 92king Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or associate of 92king or any of its affiliated entities, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 92king or any other gambling operator that would restrict your access to gambling services.

Users may register only one Account on the 92king Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether by the same individual using different names, email addresses or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including (but not limited to): your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 92king will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified 92king of unauthorised access without undue delay.

Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any point during your Account's active period constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 92king reserves the right to close any Account and withhold associated funds where fraudulent information has been provided.

92king applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all Accounts. Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. 92king may also require additional verification at any point during the Account's active period, including in connection with large transactions or unusual activity.

Verification documents may include (subject to operator policy at the time of request): a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

All deposits on the 92king Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). A minimum deposit threshold may apply and is specified at the time of deposit. 92king does not currently impose a deposit processing fee on its end; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 92king bears no responsibility.

The payment methods available on the Platform are subject to change and are determined by the operator's current provider agreements. Familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for user familiarity only. Their mention on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement by any of those providers, nor does it imply that those providers support, approve or are affiliated with online gambling activity on 92king.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited. Any such deposit may result in voiding of associated bonuses and funds being returned to the originating source, minus any applicable transaction costs.

Deposit limits may be applied at the operator level. Users may also set voluntary personal deposit limits through their Account settings as part of the responsible gambling toolkit. Voluntary limits that reduce the deposit cap take effect immediately; requests to increase deposit limits will be subject to a cooling-off period determined by the operator.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus having been met; (c) the withdrawal amount meeting the minimum threshold applicable at the time of request.

92king does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds. Processing times are influenced by: the payment method selected; the operator's internal compliance review queue; individual verification status; and the policies of the relevant wallet or banking provider. Processing via familiar Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast may differ in timeline from bank transfer options such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. These providers do not guarantee gambling-related transfer timelines.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the User's own name and previously verified during the KYC process. 92king reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

Any winnings generated from bonus funds are only withdrawable once the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. Maximum cash-out limits on bonus-derived winnings may apply. Where a maximum cash-out is in force, winnings exceeding that ceiling are not withdrawable, regardless of how they were generated.

92king offers various bonus and promotional schemes from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering/rollover requirement that must be met before winnings from those funds can be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, individual bet stakes may not exceed the maximum permitted per-bet limit stated in the bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type is specified in the promotion terms. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be used within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and uncompleted wagering at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new bonus while one is already active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: 92king reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, systematic play patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of promotional errors — is identified.

All casino games, live dealer games, and sports-betting markets available on the 92king Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game or market as presented within the Platform interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules for that specific game shall prevail with respect to game-play matters.

Sports-betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are subject to their own event-specific settlement rules. Bets settled in error will be voided and re-settled correctly. 92king reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the outcome was known to the bettor prior to placement.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network disruption during a game round or bet placement, 92king reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Interrupted rounds where no outcome can be determined will be refunded. 92king does not accept liability for losses attributable to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Casino games on the Platform use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed where available. Actual results are random and past performance is not indicative of future results. Gambling involves financial risk; outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92king Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another individual's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes in game logic for financial gain. Any such gain must be reported to 92king immediately; failure to do so may result in account termination.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the source of funds deposited on the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion periods or account closure decisions.

92king takes responsible gambling seriously. Gambling on the Platform should be treated exclusively as adult entertainment. It is not a source of income, investment, or financial planning. If you feel that your gambling is causing financial, emotional or social harm, please use the tools available or seek external support.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total losses you can sustain within a defined period before betting is restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A reminder will appear when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a short defined period to step back from gambling without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term Account suspension. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from 92king. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.

All content on the 92king Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, layouts, and domain names — is the exclusive property of 92king or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, framing, scraping, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 92king. Any unauthorised use of Platform content is a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable copyright or trademark law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92king and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform, whether through casino games or sports-betting markets.
• Loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to service.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information presented on the Platform, including illustrative figures, odds or RTP percentages.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 92king's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

92king reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where, in its reasonable assessment, a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law, regulatory obligations, or responsible gambling commitments.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. Any Bonus Funds active at the time of closure will be voided.

Users who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed through to completion subject to standard verification requirements.

92king reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, 92king will provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notification on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the 92king Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as stated in the operator's current licensing documentation. 92king does not claim to operate under Pakistani law or hold a licence issued by any Pakistani authority.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, you should in the first instance contact 92king's support team to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body under the operator's licensing framework.
